Labor Cost Analysis

As labor is the largest cost within the distribution center, it is critically important to accurately project the labor requirements and cost of each facility within the strategy. TZA will conduct a thorough analysis of each functional work area, utilizing work volumes, best practices, standard operating procedures and fair work standards to determine the labor requirements of each facility. The labor analysis will also include all support personnel and management in order to properly determine total labor requirements. Monthly volumes, overtime, wage rates, use of temporary employees, etc. are all factors that will be applied to accurately determine each facility's labor cost.
