A complete customer service analysis is conducted to assure that the specific warehousing and transportation requirements of each customer group are considered in the design. It is imperative as part of the strategy that customer service levels are met. TZA will work with our client to determine "current" state and potential future changes in customer mix or service levels that could impact the network design.
