The analysis is focused on the critical components of all operations: people, process, equipment and technology, with a focus on delivering SOPs that incorporate productivity, quality, safety and flexibility. This process will yield a detailed list of recommended changes to the operations team. Each recommendation will include a high-level return-on-investment and difficulty rating in order to promote sound decision making by the management team.
